Envy is a bad thing, but when something's good then it's inevitable. The Dutch are a band that when first witnessed several years ago compelled us to instant jealousy and awe - these guys (+1 gal) were good - perhaps too good. Over the years they've had change in drummer since that day but the Dutch are still delivering the goods.

They're tight like a Colonel's 'tache yet may end a song as if the brake lines have been cut; sometimes it's effortless and sometimes the sweat shows; sometimes there's melancholy and intricate guitar/stick work, sometimes they go hardcore and leave people wild-eyed. Sometimes it's easier if you see them than for us to describe in words.
